What to expect from a reply
Messages go to one editorial inbox, read in the order they arrive. Corrections with a specific page and sentence get dealt with first, because they are the easiest to act on. Broader questions about regions, production or labels may take longer, and we will say so rather than leave you waiting.
Three things we cannot help with: valuing or authenticating bottles, sourcing anything, and recommending what to drink. We write about how Scotch is made and labelled, not about what you should buy, and we have no commercial relationship with any producer or retailer.
